Process Looks Like
Step 1
Email us and let us know when you would like to have an introductory call (Should be able to pick a time) with one of our senior APP COORDINATORS for you to ask questions of the process details. During this call we will explain as much detail as you would like on our development process and there is certainly no cost for this call. After we have answered all of your questions, we will end the call and wait for your call or email. The APP COORDINATOR that you speak to would be the actual APP COORDINATOR for your project.
Step 2
If you would like to proceed with us then we feel optimistic enough to offer a Free 60 Days Trial. Why? Because we are confident in our development approach, people, and the talent of our programmers.
You will need to select a CHAMPION from your company and we will assign the APP COORDINATOR that you met in the introductory call to oversee this project. The CHAMPION and the APP COORDINATOR will form the core of the team that develops your custom app.
Step 3
A PROGRAMMER and other possible talent will then be added by the CHAMPION/APP COORDINATOR to get started. The Champion and App Coordinator will collaborate to assemble a team, including Programmers and any higher-level specialists needed, to kickstart the project. Our team is expert in developing custom applications and software, and you will get a complete access to lead the team according to requirements and technical specifications.
Step 4
The APP COORDINATOR will schedule a first meeting with your CHAMPION to learn about the details of the app so that they can map out a process going forward. This will take a few hours and normally consists of the CHAMPION describing or showing the APP COORDINATOR what the app will do.
Step 5
After getting the requirement from the CHAMPION, Our team of experts will discuss the design and we will come up with a working model of the App within ONE WEEK.
Yes, we have the resources to build a working model of the Prototype App within ONE WEEK.
Step 6
If you like the Working Model and design of the App, then you can continue developing the App with us. Otherwise, we will go back to Step 5, where we will discuss the requirements with the champion again and create a Working Model of the App to be built.
Step 7
After the Working Model is finalized, our Programmers will start working on the App and will discuss the progress on weekly basis via Skype Call where CHAMPION, APP COORDINATOR and PROGRAMMERS will the details of the App. These details include completed features, future features and project metrics.
Step 8
Progress will be tracked with your own project tracking screen. Zuggo has created a Custom Project Tracking Application named “EMMA” to help the CHAMPION in the pursuit of creating their own Custom App. Emma was created to to help the CUSTOMER organize the features in a manner that Customer understands.
Step 9
Weekly calls will be held to update progress, discuss features, and prioritize improvements Ideas.

What Will Weekly
Calls Look Like?
1. The CHAMPION, APP COORDINATOR, Programmers, and other team members will discuss priority tickets, issues, features, and anything else that the champion wants to discuss.
2. The call is typically made via Skype, Google Meet, Teams, WhatsApp, Microsoft Meeting, etc. or whatever medium that the customer wants.
3. The meeting is typically recorded so anyone can go back and review what was discussed.
APP COORDINATOR
All projects will have an app coordinator assigned to the project that will be supplied by a custom app. The role of the app coordinator is:
- Working with the programmers to make technical jargon understandable.
- Audit the code to make sure that the programmers are following best practices in their code.
- Provide the champion with suggestions for features and options that the champion might not be aware that exist.
CHAMPION
The client/owner of the new app and will be responsible for all decisions on content, features, menu structure, reports, and appearance. The role of “Champion” is:
- Know what the app will do for your company when it’s finished.
- Spend 1-2 hours per week in meetings and guiding the direction of the app.
- No technical/programming knowledge is required. We’ll handle the entire development as per app requirments.
